The items in the box were not what I ordered. Called customer service and determined there was a mix up in the contents. The individual I spoke with indicated they would reship my order. If they shipped out it should arrive this week. To fully rate will need to see this to the end

Great sensors, worked right away

Using those sensors as replacement for some aged GE door sensors. No issue whatever with pairing and reporting on a Simon XT panel.

Great experience

I am most pleased. The sensors that I was was looking for were not only available, but were at a much lower price than what my security company for charging me. They were charging me twice !! Shipment arrived on time, I got a tracking number, and sensors are working fine.
