Arrived as promised and easy to install and no need to contact monitoring service provider. Once connected it started to work like it was never replaced. It's been working ever since, and I have not had no problem either with the installation or the monitoring service. A great product!

Product information and purchase support from Dan was great!
My BAT-Connect was shipped out right away and I received it in a few days.
I haven't yet hooked it up so cannot comment on the unit itself.
