Received the wrong item on the original order, but when the company was contacted they immediately made the correction and shipped the correct item, including prepaid mail pack to return the original item.
Appreciate the good customer service and will do business with this company again. We all make mistakes. The difference in life is how we respond to those mistakes. Well done, folks.

My SkyBell HD Doorbell (alarm.com edition) was shipped same day and arrived two days later as anticipated. The doorbell has a newer firmware than the one it’s replacing and, works perfectly well first time. Highly recommend this business.
